Mrs. Fall

I can't help myself. Autumn inspiration is kicking in. Big knited scarfs, soft fur, gloves,blazers...oh my <3 And boots! I'm so excited to wear them again. Yes, I love summer, but I personally think that Fall is the best season - fashion wise. So many combinations, layers..did I mention boots? ;)
Nature in Fall is gorgeous, all those colorful leaves, trees, sky..

What are you guys most excited to wear in Fall?

No way around it, no switching numbers, it's official. Yesterday I turned twenty two!
Twenty two?! I will have to get used to that.

The dresscode, as you might have noticed, was white. Simple as pudding I like it. Hehe..
Today I will let the pictures do most of the talking. I didn't take as many, as for the decorations and all , but I hope you'll get the picture how everything looked like..

 ...and this is how:

Birthday inspiration

Since my birthday is soo close, I wanted to share some inspirations I found and will use some of it for my birthday dinner party. I'm all about simplicity and classic, can't help it, so my dinner party will be just the same. Well kind of. You will see the results soon after my birthday, but I'm pretty sure you will love is just as much as I will.

Hit the road Jack

Whoa! It has passed more than enough time since I last published something on my blog. I have been caught up in the world of laziness and books. If you read Fifty shades of Gray, than you know what I'm talking about. Boy does that book take you on a journey!

Can you guys believe it's mid Avgust yet? And my big 22 is just around the corner. So exciting. I am already in full run of preperations for the big holiday. Yes, I consider it big, and a holiday.
The thing is, my birthday is the day when all of my best friends and family gather at the same place. No excuses. Otherwise, these days is so hard to get everyone together, there is always someone who can't or something comes up. That's why I love it so much. Waking up, knowing it's going to be a great day. Preparing the decorations, grocery shopping, dressing up, reading lovely greetings and at the end, enjoying good food and company.
Last year, for my 21 birthday, there was a BIG, all-american party themed (see here), but this year it will be modest and much more intimate. Can't wait for you guys to see what me and my mom have come up with! Oh, and the best part is, my mom has a birthday just a day before mine, so there is a two day celebration actually. So much fun.
Early in September then, to recover from hot and busy Avgust, we are going to mother/daughter trip to Tuscany. It's going to be a lovely-almost-end-of-summer.

How are you guys all doing? Read any good books lately? Went on a unforgettable vacations? Share your links to your vacations, would love to see what went on! :)
